Stay humble, work hard, and give back.

A blonde bombshell with the brains and drive to match, Taylor Bisciotti, is a force to be reckoned with in the sports journalism industry. Currently working as an anchor and reporter for the NFL Network, our #WCW's motivation, charisma and determination are noteworthy.

1. What's your story? What makes you unique?

As cliche as it may sound, To work at the NFL network is truly a dream come true. I've grown up in a family that eats, sleeps, and breathes football (especially NFL) so its just something that I’ve always been around and grown up loving. I have an older brother and 3 older male cousins, so I was the only girl growing up….that might also have a little to do with it. I’m truly humbled to think that I’m living in Los Angeles and get the opportunity to work and learn from some of the most talented people in the business. I feel like I’m learning something new every day and that’s very rewarding.

2. What motivates you?

I don't believe in comparing and competing with others in your field. I am very competitive with myself though. I’m definitely my biggest critic. After every hit, I always go back and think I wonder how I could do that better? What could I do differently to give the fans and viewers the best information in the most consumable way. I want to get better and better with every hit. I don't think I have the type of personality that could ever be complacent with my performance.

3. Who is a hero of yours?

My grandmother, Patricia Bisciotti. She's truly the most remarkable woman I know. She lost her husband (my grandfather) to Leukemia at the age of 35. He was sick for two years prior to that. She was left to raise three kids by herself. She raised my dad, uncle and aunt on her own and always chooses to look at the positives in life.

One of her favorite quotes that have always stuck with me is: “Dont cry because its over, smile because it happened”. She looks at everything with the glass half full and lives life to the fullest no matter what is thrown at her. She is a HUGE football fan but an even more amazing person. If I could grow up to be half the woman she is, I would be happy. She is someone I look up to and she definitely inspires me.

Family in general is such a big part of my life and I couldn't imagine it any other way. They are my rock.

4. What's your future plan? Your goals?

I want to eventually host a show…thats the ultimate goal. I want to learn to appreciate things as they happen instead of always looking for the next step.

I’ve been working at NFL Network since July and I’m already chomping at the bit to be given a bigger role and more responsibilities. I’m currently anchoring hourly updates during the day but if I could I would take the night shift as well. I want to do as much as possible to not only better myself but to better the network. You will never hear me say “No”.

5. If you could give one piece of advice, what would it be?

Stay humble, work hard, and give back.
